We met online via Facebook. After a few weeks talking to each other, we met in person for the first time on October 5, 2021 at Musette's Bar in Benson. One day before our planned date! Our first date was so amazing that not long after, Gisselle went to visit Alex in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Since November 8, 2021 Alex and Gisselle have been inseparable. After a long year of long distance, Alex came back to Omaha where we moved into an apartment, to then a house. On a trip to Colorado on May 23, 2025 on the Overlook at Palmer Park is when the official "Yes" was said! After a long day of hiking trying to find the "perfect" spot, the moment was out of a movie. There were no people around, the sky was clear, and the sun was out. After saying yes, a man with a guitar went behind a wall and started to play.... all unplanned, it was just meant to be! We enjoy our days together by talking about conspiracies, sharing funny videos together, going on walks, biking, fishing, always having a meal together, taking our loving Ruger with us everywhere we can. Were always willing to try something new, either food or experiences. We are so blessed to have found our forever partner in each other to enjoy life with.
