Rice University oak trees are nice, but when it comes to grand sloping branches and drooping Spanish moss, there is no parallel to Audubon park's star-studded cast of oak trees along its trail! Tulane University's campus is right across the street too!

Make it a goal to hit all modes of transportation in NOLA! While riding the streetcar, you are riding in a moving National Historic Landmark (as recognized by the National Park Service)! This is the perfect pace to really take in the beauty of Uptown and the Garden District! Be warned - the streetcar will only take exact change!

The Spotted Cat is our favorite, but you can stumble into any of the fine bars of this street for incredible live jazz music! You'll feel the city's heartbeat at whatever rhythm she so desires.
