Is there a dress code?

Answer

Plus one requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis. If you find yourself in need of a plus one, please reach out to us!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Uber is readily available in our area. If you are staying at Crystal Point, the ceremony and the reception are both on property and there will be no need for additional transportation.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be ample parking at the venue.

Do I need to choose an entree ahead of the reception?

Answer

No! You can order on the day, and in fact, you can order seconds of something different after that! Come HUNGRY!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Weather on the shore in December is pretty unpredictable. Bring a good coat and sensible shoes to cover all possibilities!

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony may be held outside. This is unlikely given the season, but we will be deciding this the morning of the wedding. So please bring a coat, just in case.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unless explicitly invited, no. Exceptions may be made for members of the bridal party on an as-needed basis.

How far is it to New York City?

Answer

NYC is approximately 1.5 hours by car, and 2.5 hours by train from Point Pleasant Beach to New York Penn station. Penn lets you off within walking distance of Times Square. You would be taking the blue line on NJ transit, and you would switch stations once at Long Branch. If you book tickets for NJ transit, *DO NOT ACTIVATE THE TICKETS UNTIL YOU ARE ALREADY ON THE TRAIN.*
