Welcome Luncheon

Casual/outdoorsy attire

Come hang out in the woods with us! We will be grilling some hamburgers, veggie burgers, and vegetable shish kabobs with some accompanying sides and soft drinks. Please feel free to BYOB! Parking is $5/car, just a heads up! Credit/debit cards only are accepted at the entrance. The park boasts many walking trails and even an underwater river viewing area so wear some comfortable shoes. Bring a swimsuit and towel if you'd like to take a dip in the Salmon River. Restrooms on site. We recommend adding this event to your personal calendar if you want to join! There is minimal service in the area so you might also want to download directions beforehand. We will be at the Salmon River Shelter, which also includes a large amphitheater 100 feet from the shelter. Children of all ages are welcome at this event. Wedding Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Garden formal

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. We ask that you plan to arrive around 4:30 to be seated on time. Cocktail hour is from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM. Dinner and reception are from 6:30 PM- 10:00 PM. Dinner will consist of a Southern-inspired barbeque buffet. The protein selections are tri-tip steak, pulled pork, barbequed chicken, and vegan beans. Sides include salad, coleslaw, cornbread and potatoes. Please let us know if you are vegetarian so we may provide some additional vegetarian options during cocktail hour.
