What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to have our loved ones dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire. The ceremony and most of the reception, except dinner, will be held outside (weather permitting). We recommend checking the weather in Flagstaff to ensure you are dressed appropriately. Please reserve colors of burnt orange and forest green for the wedding party and shades of white for the bride.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girl. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night (we know you all deserve one)!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do.” We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and promise to share photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like (and share them with us please)!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Of course! We will have an open bar with select beer, wine and cocktail options. There will also be a variety of non alcoholic beverages available. The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises. We will have a bartending service who will provide and serve alcohol throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Why is there no food choice option on my RSVP?

Answer

A local Italian restaurant, Fat Olives, will be bringing their mobile wood-fired pizza oven to provide an unlimited supply of fresh made salads and hand crafted pizzas in a buffet-style! Please let us know if you have any dietary concerns so we can relay them to the caterer.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o’clock in the evening. Please arrive no later than 3:50pm or you will sadly miss out on the ceremony.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by August 1st, 2025! If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will regretfully assume you will not be attending.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue but if you are planning on drinking, please be responsible and Uber or have a DD.
