The room block cutoff date is April 11th 2026. Should additional reservations need to be made after the cut off date, it will be on room and rate availability only, so again it its strongly encouraged to make the reservations before the noted cutoff date above. Individual guestrooms may be cancelled prior to 72 hours before arrival without penalty of no-show fee of one night’s room tax.

While we do not have a block at this hotel, it is about a 10-minute walk to the Hilton where the buses will be running. The Jefferson Hotel is a historic and luxurious landmark in the heart of Richmond, known for its stunning architecture, elegant accommodations, and Southern charm.

Flight

Richmond International Airport

Richmond International Airport is the most convenient option for air travel. RideShares are readily available in the area, making it easy to get to and from the airport.

Train

Amtrak

We’ve taken Amtrak several times and highly recommend it for guests traveling from Raleigh, D.C., or New York City. Both Richmond stations are convenient, but Main Street Station is especially close to the Hilton Richmond Downtown.
