7:45 pm - 10:00 pm

This event is dressy casual!

There will be buses departing from the Hilton Richmond Downtown at 7:00pm. Parking will be available for those who are driving although for guests who have never been to Laurel Hills, we recommend you take the bus.

Wedding

5:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Black Tie Optional – The ceremony includes a brief walk across grass, but the rest of the evening will be on flooring!

Buses will depart the Hilton Richmond Downtown at 4:15 PM. The venue is just a short 40-minute ride away! If you're driving, there's plenty of parking available at the venue. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.
