How should I RSVP?

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by June 15th so we can plan accordingly!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! Pictures will be shared with all guests!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Semi-formal. Cocktail dresses for women; suits or dress shirts with slacks and a tie for men. Polished, upscale, and picture ready! We strongly discourage casual clothes such as khakis, jeans, and athletic shoes. Please note that coordinated attire is not expected of our guests. While our wedding colors are peach, ivory, and sage green, you are welcome to wear any color (except white) that suits you.

Yes, Halcyon Watson has free parking available on designated grass and gravel areas.

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations. There’s no shortage of hotels in the area. To arrive on time and book one closer to the venue, we recommend selecting hotels near Dulles Airport.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.
