When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 25th, 2023.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to the start time of the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests wear semi-formal attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party at our reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We've ensured gluten-free and vegetarian options are available at each event throughout the weekend. That said, please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you or your guest have a food allergy or any menu-related questions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

You may park in the small lot behind the venue or opt for street parking which is available throughout downtown Longmont.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer
