What is the dress code?

Answer

We know everyone will look amazing, but as a reminder we are having a semi-formal wedding! Please no jeans or shorts.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest's name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love all your little ones; however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 8/3/2024! You can click the RSVP button above to let us know if you can come!

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. We hope that you understand.

Where can I park?

Answer

The venue has a large parking lot and overflow lot for guests. If possible though, we definitely recommend carpooling! Uber and Lyft make it out to the area as well if you don't want to worry about driving!

Who do I let know if I have a dietary restriction or allergy?

Answer

When you RSVP please enter in the text box if you or anyone in your party has any dietary restrictions/allergies, and what the allergy is. We can get all that information to our caterer to make sure everyone is safe and full!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

There will be beer and wine on us! Please remember to drink responsibly and that there are rideshare options to get home, we don't want anyone drinking and driving!

I'm coming from out of town, where can I stay?

Answer

We will be adding hotels to our travel page, so check in there to see local places to stay! If you are looking for something different or bigger there are multiple AirBnBs and VRBOs in the area!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both our ceremony and reception will be happening at Aurora Colony Vineyards! Address: 21338 Oak Ln NE, Aurora, OR 97002. The ceremony amphitheater is ADA accessible by a gravel drive and the reception area is 100% ADA accessible. There is a seperate building for the bathrooms.
