Here are some suggestions of ours of things to do and places to eat while you are in NYC.

This is a really unique museum located in the Lower East side.

Tenement Museum

This is the premier park in Brooklyn(The Central Park of Brooklyn)! Great way to spend an afternoon.

Prospect Park

This is a fab park that used to be an elevated railway line. It stretches from the Meatpacking district in Manhattan to 34th St. Beautiful views and great people watching.

The High Line

This is one of the biggest flea markets in the fabulous DUMBO section of Brooklyn.

Brooklyn Flea

One of Brooklyn's best brewery's. Fun place for tours and beer tastings.

Brooklyn Brewery

This park is named after the original Domino Sugar Factory because, well it was literally right there. Actually, the factory is still there, but it isn’t in operation. It’s NYC’s newest park and it is beautiful.

Domino Park

A beautiful urban botanical garden in the heart of Brooklyn. Absolutely stunning and worth a visit.

Brooklyn Botanic Garden

In the Greenpoint neighborhood. Walk to the end of Noble street  and you'll find a marketplace of vendors selling vintage clothes, jewelry, and art. Killer views of Manhattan.
