Is there parking available near The Harbor Club at Waterside?

Answer

*Updated: We’ve reserved the small lot on the west side of Waterside District (located between Waterside and Town Point Park, near the Norfolk mural) for our wedding guests. A parking attendant will be available beginning at 3:00 PM to allow guests into the lot. To enter, please show something that indicates you’re attending the wedding (ex: invitation, save-the-date, our wedding website, etc.). Should I rent a car for the weekend?

Answer

If you’re planning to explore beyond Downtown Norfolk - like nearby historic sites, the beaches, or the greater Hampton Roads area - a rental car can be a great option. However, if you’re staying downtown near the wedding venue, you probably won’t need one. Most hotels, restaurants, and attractions are walkable or just a quick rideshare away.

We love your little ones and your favorite people, but due to venue limitations and our hope for an intimate celebration, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel?

Answer

Yes! For hotel block details and other lodging recommendations, please visit the Travel section of our wedding website. Our reserved hotel blocks are walking distance from the wedding venue, but guests will need transportation from the airport to the hotel. We’ve included all the info you’ll need to make your stay easy and enjoyable! Please be sure to book your room by October 14 to take advantage of the block rates.
