We love your little ones and your favorite people, but due to venue limitations and our hope for an intimate celebration, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel?

Answer

For hotel block details and other lodging recommendations, please visit the Travel section of our wedding website. Our reserved hotel blocks are walking distance from the wedding venue, but guests will need transportation from the airport to the hotel. We’ve included all the info you’ll need to make your stay easy and enjoyable!

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

If you aren't able to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding. They may still be able to accommodate you with our discount, even if it’s in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our Travel page. We’re happy to help with any questions you may have!

Should I rent a car for the weekend?

If you’re planning to explore beyond Downtown Norfolk—like nearby historic sites, the beaches, or the greater Hampton Roads area—a rental car can be a great option. However, if you’re staying downtown near the wedding venue, you probably won’t need one. Most hotels, restaurants, and attractions are walkable or just a quick rideshare away.

Is there parking available near The Harbor Club at Waterside?

For those driving to the wedding, there are several parking garage options near The Harbor Club at Waterside. The closest parking garage is located just a short walk away, and there are also metered parking spots available around the venue. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot. If you stay at one of our hotel blocks, you can walk to the wedding! If you have any questions before the wedding day about parking, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist!
