We are so excited to host you at Brant Lake Camp! Our greatest hope is that our guests will stay on-site in the camp cabins, allowing us all to share in the full experience together. Cabin accommodations will be provided for all guests at no cost. Each cabin is simple, comfortable, and just steps away from the heart of the festivities. Staying on-site means you’ll be close to all meals, activities, and celebrations throughout the weekend. From Friday evening through Monday morning, all meals and drinks will be provided. You’ll also have access to the many activities the camp offers; from lakefront swimming and boating to lawn games, sports, arts and crafts, and more.
For Guests Who Prefer a Hotel:
While we truly encourage everyone to take advantage of the camp accommodations, we understand some may prefer to stay elsewhere. Please note that our wedding falls on Labor Day weekend, so we recommend booking hotels as far in advance as possible! A few recommended hotels are listed below:

Flying In For our guests traveling by air, the nearest airport is Albany International Airport (ALB), approximately one hour from Brant Lake Camp. From Albany, rental cars or rideshare services are recommended to reach the camp. We encourage planning ahead, especially since our wedding falls over Labor Day weekend, to ensure a smooth and timely arrival.
