We are so excited to welcome you to Brant Lake Camp and begin our wedding weekend together. 7:30 PM | Welcome BBQ by the Lake Join us for a festive lakeside barbecue as we gather with family and friends to kick off the celebration. Evening Festivities After dinner, enjoy lawn games, beach volleyball, and a cozy campfire complete with s’mores. The night will conclude with karaoke at the clubhouse, a chance to sing, laugh, and make memories together. All food and drinks will be provided throughout the evening.

Casual/Swimsuits

9:00 AM–3:00 PM | Lakeside & Outdoor Activities Spend the day enjoying all that Brant Lake Camp has to offer: swimming, fishing, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, pontoon boating, and a wide variety of sports including pickleball, tennis, soccer, basketball, wiffleball, putting range, and the golf simulator. 12:00–1:00 PM | Lunch in the Dining Hall Refuel with a delicious lunch before returning to the day’s activities. 1:00–3:00 PM | Waterfront, Sports & Archery Continue to enjoy the waterfront and open sports or participate in archery. Guests will gather for the ceremony at 3:30p.m., please keep this in mind to give yourselves enough time to get ready for the big "I do!"

3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Semi-Formal

At 3:30 PM, join us lakeside as we say, “I do.” Surrounded by family, friends, and the beauty of nature, we’ll exchange vows and officially begin our forever together. Expect a heartfelt, joy-filled ceremony with a few happy tears, a lot of love, and laughter! Afterward, we’ll flow right into cocktail hour, so get ready for good drinks, good food, and the first round of celebrations!

Cocktail Hour/Reception

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-Formal

Join us for an evening filled with dinner, drinks, and plenty of dancing. We’ll kick things off with a cocktail hour, then move into a delicious meal before hitting the dance floor. Please note that to transfer from cocktail hour to the reception, there is an uphill few minute walk. Ladies, please wear shoes that can walk in grass, gravel and sand! Expect laughter, heartfelt toasts, maybe a few questionable dance moves, and lots of love all around. And when the party “ends,” it doesn’t really end, stick around for the after party to keep the celebration going late into the night!

The celebration doesn’t stop when the reception winds down! Keep the night going with music, dancing, and good vibes. Drinks and late-night bites will be provided, so you can refuel while you keep the energy high. This is the perfect time to let loose, share more laughs, and celebrate with friends and family who aren’t ready for the celebrating to end. Think of it as the cherry on top of an unforgettable day!
