We can't say "I do" without you!

They say love finds you when you least expect it, and for us, it all started on vacation in Ocean City, Maryland in 2019. Two strangers from different worlds, Alana from Long Island and Nick from Rochester, crossed paths on the beach and shared a summer spark. We walked the beach, danced at bars and shared many laughs… but we both assumed it was just that: a fun vacation memory. After all, what were the odds we’d ever see each other again? Fast forward to 2020. Alana got accepted into grad school at the University of Rochester (fate clearly had its own plans). Out of the blue, Nick popped up in her messages like, “Hey, remember me? I live here!” One thing led to another, and on Alana’s birthday that year, Nick officially asked her to be his girlfriend. (Best birthday gift ever.) From there, life got sweeter and a little furrier. In 2024, we bought our first house together and filled it with love…and three adorable pets who think they run the place. Then, in 2025, Nick proposed during a magical trip to Toronto. Spoiler alert: Alana said yes! Now, here we are planning forever together. Our story started on a beach, grew in Rochester, and will continue wherever life takes us. We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!
