El Dorado Hotel

We have 20 rooms blocked at the El Dorado Hotel for guests of our wedding. Room prices range from $500-650 per night. If you are staying on Friday or Saturday you must book at least two nights. If you are staying on just Sunday then one night is fine. The El Dorado Hotel is a sweet boutique hotel located directly on the town square in Sonoma. The convenient location is great for restaurants and short travel to the local wineries. The block will expire on May 30th so please book in advance if you would like to stay at this location.

The Lodge at Sonoma Resort, Autograph Collection

If you have Marriott Bonvoy status, this maybe the place for you. If you want to use points for your stay or accrue points with this trip, The Lodge is a nice Autograph Collection hotel under the Marriott umbrella. About a mile and half away from the square, this hotel is close enough to the action but far enough away to allow for some peace. Amenities include a spa and a huge pool with plenty of lounge space, plus an on site restaurant if you don't want to make the short trek down to town. The restaurant in the hotel Wit and Wisdom has high ratings on google and yelp.

MacArthur Place Hotel & Spa

If you are looking to double this trip as a luxurious getaway check out the MacArthur Place. It's a beautiful little tucked away hotel right off the square. Their restaurant Layla and the onsight bar are great places to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. They have an amazing spa on the premises adding to the serene vibe here. If you want to splurge even more they offer small private cottages as accommodations, with their own little patios so you can enjoy your break from real life.

Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa

This is a classic Sonoma 5 star resort. With spanish architecture and traditional room decor, it is a truly Sonoma style hotel. They have a lovely pool on premises, a spa and a few restaurants. It is approx 2.5 miles form the square, approx 7-10 min to get into town, but still a lovely option in the area if you are willing to drive yourself around!

Definitely recommend checking out home rentals in the area! These have some beautiful homes in the area that are very comfortable. Also provides the opportunity to have more space and a kitchen for cooking meals and snacks throughout the weekend.

BEST WESTERN Sonoma Valley Inn & Krug Event Center

We have heard from a few of our guests that this is a decently priced option close to the square! We thought this would be a good option for some folks who may not have booked accommodation yet. Sonoma is such a beautiful luxurious place, so you won't want to spend much time in your room but I believe that this hotel definitely scales up to the local standard. Rooms look clean, comfortable and objectively beautiful based on pictures online. A nice large pool is also available! I don't think you can go wrong with this option for the price. Room rates for our weekend are averaging at approx $280 per night, currently.
