Can I stay at a different hotel or air bnb?

Answer

Reservations must be made through our discounted group block in order to attend wedding events. Additional charges will be required to receive the wedding wristband required to attend wedding events if not booking through our group block with Shaadi Destinations (ie - using Expedia or even the resort's website is not permitted).

Should I book hotels?

No! Please use our hotel block to get the most discounted rates. If you do not, you will be charged a day pass to use the hotel.

Cost of Hotel Per Night?

It is an all inclusive hotel (includes food, beverages, and snacks!) The cost listed on the room block is per person per night.

What is the Room Booking Process?

You will be filling out a ROOM REQUEST FORM for your stay on the TRAVEL PAGE. The Travel agents, SHAADI DESTINATIONS, will work with the RESORT to book the rooms. Initially after you SUBMIT the form, you will get an immediate CONFIRMATION EMAIL from Shaadi Destinations. Please VERIFY the information you have entered.

Why don't I see the Cost on the Booking Request Form ?

Please calculate the cost based on the table provided on the first page of the form. The cost is PER PERSON PER ROOM.

When will my Credit Card be charged?

Answer

The Travel Agent Shadi Destinations will charge the room (and insurance if selected) during the month of September. Please note AFTER SEPTEMBER 30th, cancellation penalties will apply.

What are the Insurance Costs ?

Answer

The amount per person for the optional insurance is based on the amount of the room COST PER PERSON (not per room). The discounted group rates are $80/person under $1250, $95/person under $2000, $110/person over $2,000, $130/person over $2,501, and $170/person over $3,000.

How do I book airport transfers?

Answer

Please fill out the form on the Travel page with your flight information . All guests will be provided with FREE ROUND TRIP TRANSPORTATION from the airport to the hotel courtesy of Gauri and Nate.
