Barnard Griffin Winery

Matt and I enjoy wine-tasting here when we have a day off together. Our region products a lot of local wine, and this is one of the areas best vineyards. (Plus Michelle's go-to girl's night rose comes from here, so you know it has to be good)!

Bookwalter Winery

This is another great winery within walking distance of Barnard Griffin. The restaurant is especially good.

Terra Blanca Winery & Estate Vineyard

This vineyard is a bit of a drive from Richland, but it was on our short-list for wedding venues!

Bateman Island

Part of Columbia Park, this historic trail has a 2.8-mile easy loop around the island.

Chamna Natural Preserve

Trails of varying difficulties can be found at this wildlife preserve. Matt and I have boated here before, and we think it's beautiful.

Hanford Reach Interpretive Center (REACH Museum)

This is where Matt and I had our first date. Needless to say, it went well!

Carmine's Italian Restaurant

This is one of our favorite Italian restaurants, but it fills up quickly so we would recommend making a reservation.

Cedars Restaurant

Michelle's favorite: the mozzarella sticks and rum barrels. Matt's favorite: being with Michelle.

Clover Island

This area has a walking trail, a lighthouse, and a couple of restaurants.

Ice Harbor Brewing Company
