Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes!! We have blocked out several rooms in varying sizes at the Home2 Suites in Richland WA. 509-460-4040

When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

We would love to know if you can make it by September 6 so we have a month to make final arrangements for the reception. Please RSVP using the card included in your invitation, or using the link on this website!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love ALL of your children, however due to space limits at our venue, we had to reserve these spaces for children of our family members, however, please feel free to bring your nursing infants or babies in arms! Please refer to the guest number on the RSVP card enclosed in your invite. ** Please supervise children carefully, our venue has access to the river running through the property, and also has open water in the form of a decorative pond.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

You bet there will be!! We have planned for passed appetizers during cocktail hour, an open bar of beer and wine, Italian food dinner, as well as wedding cake and cupcakes. We have also planned a kids buffet for the little ones with hamburger sliders and various other kid friendly items.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

We have made plans for a vegetarian option to be made available to guests. If there are any other concerns please email us at clark.michelle.dawn@gmail.com We want all of our guests to be safe.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

You must wear shoes you can dance in! Other than that, we aren't uptight as long as you don't wear white! Our ceremony will be outdoors (stiletto's maybe not the best option) and our reception tented. Although the reception will be heated, bringing a jacket or wrap would be a good choice as it gets chilly in the evenings by the river.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is parking at our venue, turn left as you enter the gates and follow the road around. ** Please don't drink and drive!

Will you have transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We are working on an agreement with a shuttle company at this time. We hope to have a shuttle to transport guests to and from the Home2 Suites(where we have rooms blocked at) parking lot and our venue. Please check back for more details closer to the date of our wedding.

When will the party end?

Answer

NEVER!!! The reception will start off with our cocktail hour from 4-5pm, and the reception ends at 10:30. We will then move to the Gaslight Bar and Grill for an "un-hosted" 21 and up after party.
