The shuttle busses will pick up at the Tru by Hilton at 3:45pm. If you are staying next door at Holiday Inn Express please walk over to the Hilton to board. Busses need to depart hotel by 3:55 to arrive at the venue by 4:30pm. Shuttles will load at 10:00pm and will depart the venue by 10:10pm.
Hotel reservations through the blocks must be made by September 19. Please note there is a UGA home game the same weekend and hotel rooms may be hard to find if not booked by the cutoff date.
