When should I RSVP by?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will provide transportation from the hotels to the ceremony/reception. The shuttle busses will pick up at the Tru by Hilton at 3:45pm. If you are staying next door at Holiday Inn Express please walk over to the Hilton to board. Busses need to depart hotel by 3:55 to arrive at the venue by 4:30pm. Shuttles will load at 10:00pm and will depart the venue by 10:10pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30 to grab your seat! We will begin the ceremony at 5:00.

Will it be outside?

Answer

Yes, ceremony and cocktail hour will all be hosted outside by the lake. The reception will be under a tent on the lawn, all at Great Waters/Reynolds Lake Oconee. Ladies, keep this in mind when choosing shoes, you’ll be walking on grass.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love for our family and friends to dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire. We kindly ask ladies to wear floor length or tea length dresses and gentlemen to wear a suit or tux.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your little ones, we kindly request only adults attend our wedding

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we are unable to accommodate guest not specified on your invitation

Is this an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from using phones and cameras during the ceremony. Please stow them away until the reception.
