Bus Pick Up from Tru & Holiday Inn
3:45 pm - 3:55 pm
The shuttle bus will pick up at the Hilton at 3:45pm and the Holiday Inn Express is next door. Bus needs to depart hotel by 3:55 to arrive at the venue by 4:30pm. Please plan check in accordingly
Wedding
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Under the Tent on Great Waters Lawn
Formal
Ceremony starts at 5:00pm by the water. Cocktail hour hosted on the patio from 5:30-6:30pm. Reception held 6:30-10:00pm under a tent on Great Waters Lawn.
Bus Departures Venue
10:00 pm - 10:15 pm
Shuttle will load at 10:00pm and depart the venue at 10:15pm. This is the only transportation back to the hotels.
