Matron of Honor
Rebecca is not only Rachel's big sister, but she's her best friend too! It wasn't until Becca went away to college that they really got close, but now they don't go a day without talking, and they are secretly plotting how they can live next door to each other. Becca and Rachel think they are much funnier than anyone else does (especially their significant others...), and they are typically off doing something weird that, once again, only they find funny... like buying foam swords at Walgreens.
Best Man
The middle child of the Zawaski boys, Eric is always down for a good time! John and Eric love going golfing, playing video games together, and picking on their littlest brother. John loves hanging out with Eric, especially if it involves Golden Tee at a bar or going to a Bears game.
Bridesmaid
Alyssa and Rachel met freshman year at volleyball camp and have been inseparable ever since! Lyss did think Rachel was annoying at first, but grew to love her. From passing notes in the hallways, to living together when they started their post-grad lives, Lyss has always been there for Rachel. She's the P. Sawyer to Rachel's B. Davis - Rachel couldn't imagine life without her!
Groomsman
If you want to chug a beverage, Nick is your guy. You can usually find the youngest Zawaski boy chugging on Snapchat, although he didn't learn that from his big brother. John and Nick share their love of sports and competition while also sharing their love of eating an obscene amount of food in one sitting.
Bridesmaid
Katy and Rachel have known each other since Rachel was in Kindergarten. Although Katy was Becca's best friend growing up, Rachel and Katy have formed their own friendship over the years. Rachel admires how laid-back and level-headed Katy is, and how she's always down to take (sip) a shot and get on the dance floor!
Groomsman
One of many "softball guys,” John and Stu met 6 years ago. They love all the same things - softball, beer, slots, and making fun of each other. When Stu's not on the softball field or playing slots, you can probably find him eating Chipotle or Taco Bell.
Bridesmaid
Whenever Rachel and Kara are together, it's guaranteed to be a good time! Kara is the queen of traveling and Sunday Fundays, so you can usually find Rachel and Kara planning their next trip and drinking a bucket of Bud Light. Kara is always down for an adventure, and Rachel's life would be a lot less exciting without her Karebear.
Groomsman
“ET” and John met freshman year at Brother Rice, and they became very good friends when they both attended Moraine Valley. During their time at MVCC, John and ET “studied” together every Monday night at Stadium Club. John and ET both love baseball and Notre Dame football and ET is always down to go to a sporting event.
Bridesmaid
Rachel met Brianne freshman year of college and thought she was crazy. 9 years later, Rachel still thinks Brianne is crazy, but she's the most fun friend you could ever ask for. Brianne has the biggest heart, might be the only person in the world louder than Rachel, and is just as sarcastic as her, so this lovey-dovey stuff isn't really their style. Rachel loves Brianne almost as much as Brianne loves Miller Lite.
Groomsman
Brian is John's oldest friend - they met in 3rd grade at St. Linus and also attended Brother Rice together. Whether it’s playing softball or a round of golf, Brian is always John's go-to-guy. Even though Brian is a Cubs fan, he and John have gone to many Sox games together and always go back and forth about their favorite Chicago baseball team. Brian is John's third brother and has been part of the Zawaski family for years.
Bridesmaid
Rachel and Lauren met at a freshman year orientation for social work majors. Oddly enough, neither of them are actually social workers! Lauren and Rachel lived together sophomore year, and Rachel knew she had a lifelong friend. Lauren is one of the sweetest people Rachel knows, and she's always there to vent, listen, and order pizza.
Groomsman
John and Atz met playing baseball together at Brother Rice and have been friends ever since. Few love TouchTunes more than Atz and he is the master of the Irish goodbye.
Bridesmaid
Lexi and Rachel were neighbors freshman year of college, but they could've been roommates, considering how much time they spent together. After they met and Lexi notoriously tried to steal Rachel's cheeseballs, ordered a pizza, and then passed out on Rachel's futon, Rachel couldn't imagine her college days without Lexi . Rachel and Lexi have the most fun together, and their mutual love of cheeseballs, Google Docs, and gossip make them the best co-captains in the game.
Groomsman
Conor and John met in high school and even though Conor was a “Ridge Rat”, they quickly bonded over their love of the White Sox. Conor and John play softball together on Sundays and Thursdays and golf whenever they can. John knows whenever he gets last minute tickets to a White Sox game, he can always count on Conor.
Bridesmaid
Liza and Rachel met because they both love Zawaski boys and Rachel couldn't be happier to have Liza in the family! Liza is hilarious and so much fun to be around. You can usually find Rachel and Liza in the corner at a family party, catching up with drinks in hand.
Groomsman
Chris and John met in high school, and Chris was Rachel and John's roommate when they first moved in together. Chris started playing softball with John when they graduated high school, and 12 years later they are still playing together. Chris is a guy John can always count on, and he doesn’t have many flaws... except his weird love for cats.
