We understand there are different comfort levels during these times and want all our loved ones to know they are welcome to attend both the ceremony and dinner or if they are only comfortable attending the ceremony, as it is more socially distanced, we completely understand. Your health and safety is the most important! For contact tracing, we also need to supply St. Linus with a list of who will be at church.
Masks will be required throughout the ceremony and you are required to sit with your household. There will also be hand sanitizer available. If you feel sick or are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, or loss of smell and taste on the day of the wedding, please stay home. We have invited about 60 guests to church - if you would like to know where numbers are based on RSVPs, please text Rachel or John.
All staff will be required to wear masks while working at Soldier Field. All guests will be required to wear masks in public areas (parking garage, stadium mezzanine, restrooms, etc.) Staff will have their temperature checks prior to entering the stadium; anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will unfortunately be denied entry. There will also be hand sanitizer available. If you feel sick or are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, or loss of smell and taste on the day of the wedding, please stay home. Tables will be limited to 6 guests/table and all tables will be spaced 6' apart. Catering will be following all food service protocols - food will be pre-plated with no self service (bread bowl, dessert stations, etc.) We have invited about 60 guests to dinner at Soldier Field. If you would like to know where numbers are based on RSVPs, please text Rachel or John.
All guests should enter through the Loading Dock on the northeast side (lake side) of Soldier Field. There are black security gates at the Loading Dock so when you pull up, let Security know you are there for the Garner/Zawaski wedding and they will let you in. If you are driving yourself, you will park in the Loading Dock.
Nope! St. Linus has free parking and we have arranged parking for all guests at Soldier Field. If you don't want to drive to the stadium, we have organized a shuttle to and from Oak Lawn to Soldier Field.
There will be a DJ for the wedding, but for safety reasons and to maintain social distancing, we will not be having an open dance floor.
