FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 8th, 2026.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Garden Cocktail meaning semi-formal yet comfortable, perfect for an outdoor setting. For women, think cocktail dresses, midi-lengths, or elegant separates in light fabrics, fun colors, or florals. For men, a suit or blazer with chinos and breathable materials works great. No jeans, please!

Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

The absolute easiest way is to use the shuttle service we’ve provided—no worries about parking or tricky roads! If you plan to drive yourself, please note the venue is at the top of a bluff, so the drive can be curvy and a bit challenging, especially if you’re not familiar with the area. Please drive carefully, and if you plan to enjoy a few drinks, we strongly encourage using the shuttle to get home safely. If you do drive yourself and don’t feel comfortable driving back afterward, you’re welcome to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight—but please make sure to pick it up by the next morning.

Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Please see the 'Travel' tab for details, but in short, yes! At AmericInn and Coffee Mill Inn & Suites in Wabasha, MN.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend the wedding and reception. This helps us ensure we have the right catering, seating, and accommodations planned for everyone. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Unless your children are specifically listed on the invitation, we kindly ask that you not bring them to the wedding and reception. We’re planning this as mainly an adult event and want it to be a special night away for parents as well. Thanks so much for understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 3:10 PM, and we kindly ask everyone to arrive by 2:50 PM so you have plenty of time to park, get settled, and find a seat. Arriving a earlier is perfectly fine too! In fact, we encourage guests to come early enough to enjoy a glass of wine and take a look around the main winery building before the ceremony begins.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the cocktail hour will mostly be outdoors as well. The reception will be indoors, but the space has large glass garage doors that can be opened to let the outdoors in. All of these spaces are connected, so once you arrive, you won’t need to go anywhere else for the rest of the celebration!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Umm… duh, yeah! Come ready to celebrate with us! We better see you on the dance floor though.

Question

When will the reception end?

Answer

Our venue follows the citywide noise ordinance, so the reception will wrap up by 10:30 PM.

Question

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

Yes! We’re planning to offer a vegan option for a select few of our friends and family. If you have specific dietary needs, please be sure to note them when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Question

How can I contact you if I have more questions?

Answer

If you have any other questions, please feel free to text either of us! The easiest way to get in touch is by texting the bride at 715‑671‑3376.
