Driving
If you are planning on driving up from LA (8 - 9 hour drive), there are a few different routes you can take. While driving through the Bay Area may appear faster, please consider the time of day you will be driving through the San Francisco/Oakland area as rush hour traffic is very heavy. Alternatively, you can take I-5 North all the way up past Sacramento to Hwy-20 West which leads directly to the Ukiah area and is much less congested.

Flying
Santa Rosa airport (STS) is by far the easiest airport to fly into! If you live in the LA area, we recommend checking out Avelo Airlines! They fly out of Burbank into Santa Rosa and are extremely affordable. Unfortunately, STS may not be an option for those flying in from out-of-state, but there are several other options. We have included a list of other airports within driving distance of the venue below.

Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport (STS)
This airport is located in Santa Rosa, CA and is the closest airport to our venue (about a 1-hour drive). It is a small airport and extremely easy and quick to get in and out of. Several on-site car rental agencies are available!

San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
This is the largest airport located within driving distance of our wedding venue (about a 2.5 hour drive). If you are flying in from out-of-state, this will likely be the most cost-effective airport to fly into, and require the least number of layovers. A large selection of on-site rental car agencies is available on-site.

Sacramento International Airport (SMF)
This is another large airport within driving distance of our venue (2.5 hours). Plenty of rental car options are available on-site. It is easier to get in and out of than SFO with much less traffic, but it will require you to drive Highway 20, which is a bit of a windy road through the mountain pass. However, the view of Clear Lake on the other side will not disappoint! This is the route we usually take when we drive up from LA. :)

This airport is just over a 2-hour drive to our venue. Multiple on-site rental car options are available.

Hotels
We have blocks at two different hotels in Ukiah. These are the hotels we would recommend staying at. However, there are other options available. Please keep in mind that we would not recommend staying in any of the motels on State Street as they are in need of some updates and repairs.

This is one of the newest hotels in Ukiah! Located 9 minutes away from our venue, and close to everything in town. Rooms with 2 queens or 1 king bed are available in a block for 7/12/24 - 7/14/24.
