Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can finalize our guest count and wedding plans.
We recommend arriving at least 1–2 days before the wedding to allow time to settle in and enjoy Positano.
Yes — we highly recommend arriving in Positano during daylight hours if possible. Check-in is often much easier during the day, and luggage porters are more readily available to help carry bags from the marina or main road to your hotel, which can be especially helpful given Positano’s many stairs and steep walkways. This can make your arrival much smoother, especially if you’re traveling with larger luggage.
Late April on the Amalfi Coast is typically mild and beautiful, with daytime temperatures averaging between 60–70°F and evenings cooling down to around 50–60°F. We recommend packing light layers, comfortable shoes, and a jacket or sweater for the evenings.
Yes! While late April may not be peak beach weather, Positano’s beach clubs, boat days, and waterfront lunches are still a big part of the experience. We recommend bringing a swimsuit, sandals, and beachwear if you’d like to enjoy time by the water. Please note the sea will still be on the cooler side this time of year.
Yes — we highly recommend downloading WhatsApp before traveling to Positano. Many accommodations, drivers, and local contacts use it as their primary form of communication, and it can be the easiest way to coordinate check-ins, transportation, and ask questions during your stay.
Yes — we recommend carrying some Euros for tipping, luggage porters, taxis, public restrooms, and smaller purchases.
Positano is a beautiful hillside town, which means lots of stairs, steep streets, and walking. We highly recommend packing comfortable shoes and being prepared for plenty of steps during your stay.
Yes — Positano has the Parcheggio Liparlati Elevator, which can be a very helpful way to avoid some of the town’s many stairs. Located on Via Guglielmo Marconi / Amalfi Drive (near Hotel Eden Roc), it takes you from lower in town up to the higher hillside and lets off right near Villa Oliviero. The elevator typically runs daily from 7:00 AM to midnight and costs approximately €2–€4 per person per ride, so we recommend carrying euros.
Dress code details will be listed under each event as we get closer.
