Emily is the rightful keeper of Gogo's longest friendship. Since day one, Emily has taught Gogo many of life's treasures. Like the time 11 year old Emily painted five year old Gogo's entire big toe purple with nail polish because she was giving 'tude. Or the time Emily drove all the way to LAX from Santa Barbara to see Gogo for five minutes on her way to study abroad in China. Emily is one of the most creative, loyal and adventurous souls you will meet. Through all of life's adventures, Gogo is so lucky to have and be inspired by a big sister like Em.
Nelson Gould
Best Man
Jeff met Nelson while studying at Chapman University, but the two become close friends as roommates in their senior year and became even closer while both living in Santa Barbara. Through their last year in college, yearly trips to reunite with the guys, a few seasons of co-ed softball, and weekly trivia with Gogo and Lis, these two have continued to make lasting memories as they grow with each year. It doesn't hurt that Nelson has an uncanny ability to make Jeff laugh with his dry wit. Be sure to watch out for his cutting edge dance moves in September!
Becca Erftenbeck

The other middle child in the Erftenbeck clan. Becca made Gogo an older sister back in '98. Gogo took the title pretty seriously from day one (I won't mention bathing newborn Becca and not caring one bit when she defecated in the tub). Watching Becca flourish into the strong, intelligent, witty and level headed woman that she is has been such a delight. Everyone would be better off with a Becca in their life. Jeff and Gogo can't wait for her to marry them!
JP Ornelas
Groomsman
JP and Jeff met as coworkers at Deckers but ended up life long friends. Through a huge move to Colorado with their department, the two shared new experiences and an apartment. JP played a crucial role in helping Jeff get to know Gogo outside of the office as the three explored their new Denver home in 2018. Upon their return to Santa Barbara and the start of the Covid pandemic, JP became an important member of Jeff and Gogo’s bubble. Their weekly game nights played a huge part in making it through a global pandemic in a 30ft trailer with their sanity mostly intact. Jeff and Gogo are so grateful to have JP in their lives!
Allison Erftenbeck

Gogo is so fortunate to have one final sister to tell you about. The youngest, yet (maybe) the tallest. Allison is wise beyond their years and always has something lovely to add to any conversation. They see and bring out the good in people. They light up the room with their presence; ESPECIALLY if they are on stage singing in their band, The Matriarch. Gogo sleeps better knowing Allison is out in the world showing love and appreciation for every person, animal and plant they come across.
Tommy Danielsen

By luck of the draw Tommy became Jeff’s freshmen year roommate at Chapman University and fairly quickly the two connected over similar senses of humor. Tommy has always had an almost unnatural ability to crack Jeff up and this trend continued as the two have moved through the years. Though the two are separated by much greater distance these days Tommy still manages to make Jeff laugh via Xbox chats and daily group messages. As roommates and then close friends over the last 11 years, some of Jeff’s most memorable moments have come with Tommy by his side. From long walks home from Paul’s, late night meals at Albertacos and weekend getaways to San Antonio, Texas the two have continued to build on their foundation of hilarious memories while growing into the people their families know and love today.

Sonja and Gogo's friendship hails from the second grade playground. Gogo was the not-so-shy new girl from Ohio and Sonja knew they should be friends. Over the years Sonja and Gogo have shared so many of life's firsts. In fact, they even shared a bachelorette party! Sonja is one of Gogo's favorite people to brag about. Ask her about her world travels, latest published work or winning Best Dressed in high school.
Brett Galland

Brett and Jeff were first introduced through Tommy in their freshman year of college. Brett is one of the most genuine people around and a great friend. The two have shared heaps of laughs over the years and Brett’s unique sense of humor always gets a laugh out of Jeff. From playing FIFA and hanging in the dorms to now two weddings this year, it’s been crazy to see how much has changed since those early days in Henley Hall!
Liz Stupka

Liz and Gogo met sophomore year of high school. Their friendship blossomed that summer when they spent most of their time working at Kumon, hitting up The Y, sunbathing at the beach of Lake Michigan and/or eating from the $1 menu at Arby's together. Since then, Liz has been an integral part of Gogo's adult life - always giving the best advise, planning the best camping trips, coining "bomby" new phrases for our friend group and being the best mom to her two little girls.
Ethan Gersh

Jeff and Ethan first met in sophomore year of college as members of the same fraternity. Ethan is an extremely kind and fun friend who's always up for an adventure. Jeff has awesome memories of hanging out with Ethan in Orange, Vegas, LA and going to concerts with Gogo and Ethan’s partner Sage.

AKA Thairesa, T-kozy, Reese. Whether it be the time in high school they pranked innocent people in the Target parking lot, the time they accidentally threw a Halloween party in her basement, running around Chiangmai Thailand getting absolutely drenched during Songkran (water festival), or creating new memories during their annual reunions, Gogo can always count on Reese to make her laugh. Thairesa is one of those people you want to surround yourself with - always elevating an experience with personal touches, good questions and thoughtful dialogue.

Mike and Jeff first met while at Chapman but got to know each other well while living together in their senior year. Mike is an extremely entertaining friend that has to be one of the most exciting people to be around. He always brings an incredible energy with him wherever he goes. The two stay in contact on yearly trips with the other roommates and Mike is always one to keep these trips full of fun!
Hannah Yang

Gogo and Hannah met during their time at Purdue. They shared the same major, but as luck would have it, they had a lot more in common than a couple classes. To name a few, they did the same study abroad program, were in the same clubs, had similar senses of humor and bonded over their love of food. To this day Hannah remains one of Gogo’s number one ladies. Gogo loves Hannah for her sense of self, her passion for her people, her laugh and her ability to always order (or cook) them the most delicious food.

Mike and Jeff first met at Deckers shortly after Jeff began working there in 2016. Both got to know each other when they discovered a common interest in surfing and since those early days have spent a few years meeting up for surf days and jam sessions! Mike is an adventurous friend with exciting new stories with every visit.
