Our dress code is black tie optional/semi-formal. Suits, Collared shirts with dress pants are perfectly fine (tie optional) ; Full length, Midi and tea-length dresses are also acceptable. For colors, think of bringing summer into fall: Periwinkle, mauve, lavender, dusty blue, sage green, blush pink, navy, tan, brown, mustard, black as well as other earthy tones, pastels and jewel tones.
Doors will open at 12:45 PM. Please arrive no later than this time to ensure you are seated before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 1:00 PM, and doors will be closed once it begins. We are expected to leave the chapel by 2:00 PM. Seating: A seating chart will be shared closer to the date. The first two rows are reserved for immediate family. If you have accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you. Phones: Please silence your phones and refrain from using them during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will capture the moments for you to enjoy afterwards. Sacred Space: As the chapel is a church, we kindly ask guests to be respectful of the setting. No food, drinks, or loud conversations inside the sanctuary. Reception to Follow: After the ceremony, join us for the celebration at Quilchena Golf & Country Club (details on the Reception section).

Please join us for a seated dinner, heartfelt speeches, and an evening of laughter, love, and dancing. Drinks will be served starting at 5:00 PM, followed by dinner at 6:00 PM. Dessert and dancing will follow for a sweet celebration we’ll never forget. Alcohol: Each table will have 2 bottles of wine (1 red & 1 white) for your enjoyment, along with Prosecco for toasting. A cash bar will be available for additional drinks. Parking & Accessibility: Complimentary secured parking is available at Quilchena. Free overnight parking is permitted for anyone who needs to leave their car after celebrating—vehicles can be picked up the next morning starting at 8AM.
