Larcomar is a modern mall beautifully situated on the cliffs overlooking the ocean in the touristy Miraflores district. The mall makes for a safe place to enjoy an ice cream (or enjoy typical and reasonably-priced Peruvian food at Tanta Restaurant) and snap selfies along the ocean vista!

Plaza de Armas is the central square of downtown Lima. This is the historical center of the city and has the seats of government and main church at its edge. The church, called Iglesia y Convento de San Francisco, has a spooky and interesting tour of its subterranean tombs! There are some artisan markets nearby for cheap souvenirs as well. Keep in mind this area is not the safest in the city, so keep your eye on your belongings and try to come during daylight hours. There are many guided tours that you can take from Miraflores or Airport.
A "huaca" is an Incan archaeological site, and Pucllana happens to be situated in the city of Lima. Enjoy learning about this fascinating culture and enjoy a meal at the nice restaurant at the base of the huaca. Delicious food!

From CNN Travel: No listing of Lima restaurants would be complete without Astrid & Gastón, the eatery that spearheaded Peru's gastronomic rebirth when it opened its doors in 1994. The flagship project of chef Gastón Acurio and his German chocolatier wife Astrid Gutsche -- herself once named the world's best pastry chef -- who he met while studying in Paris's Cordon Bleu culinary school, is now housed in a spacious 17th Century palacio decorated in modern, minimalist style. Acurio remains the father of contemporary Peruvian cuisine, having both championed the country's rich tradition of home cooking and been the first to tweak it with haute cuisine flourishes on an international stage. Astrid & Gastón offers a tasting menu that is a tour de force as it takes diners on a brisk journey across Peru's exhilarating history and geography.
This is Juliet's favorite ceviche restaurant in Lima, and you should definitely try ceviche, a staple of Peruvian cuisine, while in Lima! This location is near to Juliet's family's house, but there are several throughout the city.
This is a good spot for buying traditional Incan and Peruvian handy crafts and souvenirs!
