We recommend searching for hotel and accommodation deals on site such as TripAdvisor and Booking.com to compare prices. However, many hotels and BnB's in Italy are boutique or family-run establishments, and therefore booking directly through a hotel or accommodation's website is highly suggested.
Flight
Via del Termine 50127 Florence, Firenze Italy The Florence International Airport is located 2.5 miles outside the city and will be the most convenient airport to fly into. From the airport to your accommodation we recommend arranging a transport, taking a taxi, or the Volainubus Airport Shuttle. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes between the airport and the Santa Maria Novella train station 20 minutes away & costs about €10. The Florence Airport, while closest to our wedding location, may not be the most cost effective airport to fly into. We recommend looking at flights from your departure city to Rome, Milan, or Venice, and then taking the train from there to Florence.

Via dell'Aeroporto di Fiumicino 00054 Fiumicino RM, Italy One of the busiest and largest airports in Europe, the Rome International airport (FCO) is located about 30-40 minutes outside the city and is easily accessed by train. Flying into FCO may offer more cost effective flight options from your departure location than the Florence Airport. From Rome, guests may take the 1.5 hour train ride to Florence.
