Two ferry lines operate service between Hyannis, MA and Nantucket: STEAMSHIP AUTHORITY offers both a one-hour fast ferry and a traditional 2 hour 15 minute ferry. This is the only ferry that transports vehicles, but car ferry spots are limited and book up months in advance, especially for holiday weekends. Details & reservations: www.steamshipauthority.com HY-LINE CRUISES offers a one-hour fast ferry (passengers only) with frequent departures to and from Hyannis. Details & tickets: www.hylinecruises.com Please note that Memorial Day Weekend is the unofficial start of the summer season so ferries sell out quickly. We recommend booking tickets as early as possible!
