Based out of Hampton, VA, Pirate and Mermaid Vacations is a veteran owned travel agency that specializes in Disney Destination Travel. Since 2015, this company has helped families and couples with all of their travel needs. Their agents work with clients from across the United States and pride themselves on being travel specialists that look forward to helping you. Pirate and Mermaid Vacations is an Authorized Disney Travel Planner and we book directly through Disney. The team at Pirate and Mermaid Vacations is ready to jump in and help you plan your getaway to Gabrielle and Sean's wedding. Travel Agent Tips

- The Travel Agent services are FREE to you. She is paid a commission by Disney to help you book your travel. - A huge benefit to having Autumn on our team is that she can stay on top of new promos and discounts. The price you lock in now can easily be changed when a new Disney promotion comes out, typically Disney releases a 25% -30% promo later in the year. Your room price will be updated accordingly without you having to track these promos. - Autumn and her team can help you manage more than just your hotel. She can help you book park days, dining reservations, Fast Pass (if they come back) and more! - We have chosen three resorts for you to stay at, but you are not limited to these resorts. Our preferred resorts are at three different price tiers. The first resort is the Polynesian (this is where our wedding is taking place), the second is Coronado Springs, and the third is Pop Century (has great transportation access). Current pricing is in the attached spreadsheet.

Call Autumn to book at this great resort! This will be the least expensive option but is a great location for our wedding! When you need to get to Epcot just use the amazing Skyliner!

Coronado Springs Resort

Another great resort! Our other pick for all of you to stay at! This option will be at a mid price point. The rooms are a little upgraded and are on beautiful grounds!

Flight

Southwest Airlines to MCO

We will be flying Southwest. We are arriving the morning of October 30th. Feel free to coordinate flights with us. Or avoid us if you don't want to be around a baby!

Travel Note

Lyft Information

Since we have such a small group we will be using Lyft for our wedding transportation needs. You will need to Download the Lyft App and apply a code to join our party. All rides will then be charged to our account. Use this feature to get to/from the ceremony and to any wedding related activities.
