Ferry Caravan To Vashon Island

PLEASE NOTE: For those guests who may feel more comfortable riding the Fauntleroy Ferry with us, we will be departing from our house at 11am, to catch the 11:30am or 11:50am ferry. If you don't make the first one just stay in line and wait for the next. Feel free to come over and caravan with us (it's only a 5 minute drive from our house to the ferry terminal!). No pressure, you are welcome to catch a ferry over whenever you feel comfortable. Remember to make sure you are in the ferry line, not sitting behind parked cars on the street. When you arrive at the ferry booth you will let them know you are headed to Vashon. From there, they will direct you to drive onto the ferry once it arrives. See you on the island! Getting to Vashon

The easiest way to get to Vashon Island is via the Fauntleroy Ferry in West Seattle. You do NOT need to purchase a ferry ticket ahead of time. Simply arrive ~30 minutes prior to your sailing time and get in the car line. *NOTE: make sure you aren't waiting behind a parked car on the street! (We have done this before). After taking the beautiful ferry ride over to Vashon, relax and settle in. There will be a few light bites in addition to beer and wine at the welcome party. Can't wait to see you! Continue all the way to the bottom of Pt. Robinson Rd. hill. At the intersection, go right. The first driveway on the right is 4025. If the silver farm gate is closed, just open it. Follow the grassy, tree-lined driveway to the end. Guests can park in the field.
