Do I have to stay at the hotel block? Not at all! While we do have a discounted room block at the Fenway Hotel, guests are welcome to stay wherever they’re most comfortable. Dunedin and nearby Clearwater Beach offer many great hotel and vacation rental options.

Are Airbnb or VRBO good options for this area? Yes! Dunedin has many charming vacation rentals, including cottages, condos, and homes near downtown, the water, and the beach. Clearwater Beach (about a 15–25 minute drive) is another popular option for rentals.
