Welcome Party: Phillies vs. Orioles Spring Training Game

Attire: Casual + comfortable. We’ll be on on a reserved part of the Picnic Terrace, so breezy outfits and comfy shoes are perfect for a sunny afternoon at the ballpark.
We can’t wait to kick off the weekend with you at BayCare Ballpark! Instead of a traditional “Night Before,” we’re hosting a “Game Before” — the perfect way to ease into the celebrations. Please let us know in your RSVP if you’ll be joining us for the Phillies game. We’ve reserved a private section of the Picnic Terrace, and an all-you-can-eat buffet will be available from 12–2 PM. Feel free to arrive anytime after gates open. Come ready for baseball, your favorite ballpark snacks, and the best way to start the biggest weekend of our lives!

Ceremony

Event Attire: Garden Formal — elevated but Florida-friendly. Suits and dresses encouraged; tuxes not required. The evening is primarily outdoors and on grass, so block heels or wedges are recommended.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you at the beautifuly historic Fenway Hotel. The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM, with cocktail hour and the reception to follow onsite. Please arrive a bit early to find a seat, enjoy the waterfront views, and get settled. The evening will be outdoors, so dressing comfortably for Florida weather is encouraged. We’re so grateful to have you with us!
Cocktail Hour

We will start the party on the Terrace immediately following the ceremony for cocktails, sparkling wine, and light bites as the sun sets.
Reception
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Join us after cocktail hour for dinner & dancing under the stars on the Front Lawn.
After Party
