Hyatt Ziva Cancun

For your convenience we have blocked rooms with the hotel at a set rate which includes room, food, drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), transportation to and from Cancun airport, and taxes. We are working directly with a travel agent, to make booking your stay as easy as possible. Mike will be handling all guest payments and hotel questions. All wedding guests must be registered guests at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun. To guarantee the room block rate below, rooms must be booked with Mike at Travel Haus. PAYMENTS: Payment may be made in full upfront or by making a deposit and making the remaining payment at a later date. Final names and final payment will be due: OCTOBER 01, 2021

All room rates are based on double occupancy. The resort has a family section and an adults-only section (Turquoize Towers). In the next section you will find our wedding block rates. Please let our travel agent know how many nights you would like to stay. Rooms are held for 7 nights; dates can be changed if unsure of arrival/departure by initial deposit. Additional room categories may be available that are not included in our contracted block. Our travel agent can book any room type for you and will try to secure special pricing. Solo Travelers

We do have guests who are not bringing a plus one to Cancun and travelling solo. If you wish to possibly be paired up with someone to reduce cost, please reach out to Danielle & Andrew as soon as possible so you can secure your room. We have a list and can possibly pair you with someone/a friend (with your approval) to make rates cheaper. Our current rates are for double occupancy only. Keep in mind you would have to arrive and depart on the same days.

Flight

Cancun International Airport

The airport is 15 miles away from the hotel, approximately a 20-25 min drive. Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights or our agent is also happy to help you with flights if needed at no additional cost. You'll want to arrive at the Cancun (CUN) airport. If you choose to book your own flight, please let our travel agent know your flight information so he can schedule your transportation accordingly. Air itinerary for every passenger is due on October 1st 2021 . If this is not provided, you will have to buy your on transportation to and from the hotel. If you wish to have private transportation instead of shared, please let Mike know and he can add this on for you at an additional cost.

Your Checklist for Success

Step 1: Make sure you have a passport and use the names on your passport to book air/hotel. Your passport must be valid at least 6+ months past your travel dates. Step 2: Book your hotel - our special rate is for travel for the week of our wedding. The resort price is all inclusive so this rate (per person) includes all your meals, drinks (and alcohol), and entertainment while on property! To be considered part of Danielle & Andrew's Wedding Group, you must book through the group rates. We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible. Step 3: Book your airfare- you can travel for as long or short as you'd like! Airfare rates vary so it's hard to say how much this will be. However it is better to book sooner than later in order to get good flight times and better pricing. You can also book with our booking agent as well! Airfare Itinerary due before October 1st 2021 to Mike. And thats it! We'll see you in Mexico!

Booking Outside of the Room Block

If you choose to not book through our room block, please make sure you RSVP to let us know you are coming. RSVPs are due by October 1st. Otherwise, you will not be seated at the reception or have a dinner plate.
