Travel Note

Hotels other than Triada

The Triada Palm Springs is a great hotel and we highly recommend you stay there! However, Palm Springs is an expensive city, so choosing a more affordable accommodation might be best for you. Palm Springs has many wonderful hotels and rental home options for you to choose from. However, our shuttle (required transport to the venue) will be picking up and dropping off at the Triada, so you will want to plan accordingly to get home after the event.

Flight

Palm Springs International Airport (PSP)

We recommend flying directly into Palm Springs. The hotel and all events are less than 10 minutes from the airport. Uber/Lyft should be able to get you around for the weekend.

Flight

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or San Diego International Airport (SAN)

Flying into LA or San Diego is also an option and might be cheaper depending on your departure city. If you choose this option, you would definitely want to rent a car. The drive is about 2.5 hrs from either airport. Public transportation in or to/from either of these cities is minimal.
