Question

What the heck am I supposed to wear to the wedding?

Answer

In short, vintage inspired and lots of color! Here is a link to my Pinterest inspiration board for picking your outfits! https://pin.it/1y0JZBc

Question

What is the weather like in Palm Springs?

Answer

Last May, the weather ranged from mild warmth to very hot. On our weekend equivalent in 2021, the high was around 85 degrees with a cool 65 degree evening. On the weekend after, it was a high of over 100. Make sure to plan some flexible outfits, and then check out the exact weather before packing. Remember, we will mostly be outside!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible. We are having a very small wedding and will pass on your spot if you are (sadly) unable to attend.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You must arrive at the Triada Palm Springs by 3pm. The shuttle will make two trips. If you miss the shuttle, you will not be able to join, as the shuttle transportation is required for all guests. Uber/Car Service to the venue is not allowed by the venue due to it's location in a residential neighborhood.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

No. You must ride the shuttle picking up at Triada Palm Springs at 3pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code, but we ask that you dress semi-formally and in bright colors if you like! I have posted an inspiration board if you'd like to lean into the Palm Springs vintage vibe (we are).

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you did not receive a plus one when you go to RSVP, then please do not bring an additional guest. If you would like a +1 and you do not think you received one, please reach out to the bride or groom and we will do our best to accommodate you. The cap for the venue is 75 people, so please be understanding why we are not allowing you to bring unapproved guests.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have not invited children to the ceremony/reception as they count towards our total headcount (which is capped at 75). Please let the bride know if you need help finding a sitter during the ceremony and reception, our venue has some vetted people!

Question

Do I need to send/bring a gift?

Answer

We are so grateful for any gift you provide beyond your presence at the wedding. We understand that this is an expensive destination, so do not feel obligated to provide an additional gift.
