Question

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Caribe Hilton. The ceremony is outside. The reception is inside.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5 PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to find parking and secure your seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 5 PM, and late arrivals will not be permitted to join once it begins. Please plan accordingly.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Self parking in the garage costs $25. Valet parking costs $32.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal beach friendly. We are not strict with dress code as we understand Puerto Rico weather can be unpredictable. We want everyone to be comfortable!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

All invitations include the family members listed on the RSVP. We kindly ask that you be mindful during the ceremony—if children or infants become fussy, please step out briefly to avoid interruptions. The reception dance floor is for dancing and celebration. Children are welcome, but please ensure they are accompanied and not running around unsupervised.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

No. All invitations include the family and friends listed on your RSVP. Guests not included on your itinerary are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding as our wedding is a small, intimate celebration with our closest family and friends.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No. All transportation will need to be arranged independently. Ubers, Lyfts, and public transportation in San Juan are generally affordable and convenient.

Question

Is there a room block at the hotel?

Answer

No. We did not receive enough interest by our deadline, so we decided not to set up a room block.

Question

What airport should guests fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). Other airports are over an hour away from San Juan and are not conveniently located.

Question

Answer

10 minutes.

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

Midnight.

Are there things to do in the area for guests visiting?

Answer

Yes! Check out our “Things To Do” tab above for recommendations. If you’re interested in a day pass at the hotel, they are available for purchase directly through the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis.

Question

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

For the ceremony, pick a seat not a side, we are all family once the knot is tied. The first row (or two) will be blocked off for the parents of the bride and groom and bridal party. For the reception, there will be a chart available to help guests find their tables.
