Ceremony
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
The dress code for the ceremony is semi-formal, beach-friendly attire. Weather in Puerto Rico can be hot and unpredictable, typically in the 80s, with the possibility of wind or rain clouds. Guests may want to plan their attire and footwear accordingly for an outdoor ceremony.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Out of respect for our ceremony, late arrivals WILL NOT be permitted to enter once the ceremony has begun, so please plan your travel accordingly. The ceremony will take place outdoor and will last approximately one hour. Parking is available at the hotel. Self-parking is $25 and valet parking is $32. The ceremony will be officiated by Jennifer Errichetti. The front row of seating will be reserved for the families of the bride and groom.

Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy cocktail hour beginning at 6:00 PM. A welcome mojito cocktail will be served along with butler-passed hors d'oeuvres while the couple takes photos. Please relax, mingle with family and friends, and enjoy the sunset on the beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean and resort. The reception and dinner will begin at 7:00 PM.
Reception

The reception will begin at 7:00 PM. Guests are invited to join us for dinner and an evening of games, dancing, and celebration as we continue the festivities together. Dinner will be served as an open buffet; "A Taste of Puerto Rico," featuring traditional Puerto Rican cuisine. Throughout the evening, guests will be able to enjoy access to the terrace overlooking the ocean and resort, as well as a photo booth to capture memories from the night. Special moments throughout the night will include cold sparkler effects, dinner, speeches, and dancing! Restrooms are located down the hall from the reception space. The reception will conclude at 12:00 AM. We cannot wait to celebrate this unforgettable evening with our family and friends.
