Check-in begins at 5:00 PM, and what better way to say ciao than with a glass of wine in hand? Once you’ve settled in, meet us in the villa’s enchanting garden for a magical evening of laughter, and a delicious Italian-style aperitivo buffet. The perfect way to kick off our festa d’amore!

Light Lunch & Coffee Break

1:00 pm

Need a little boost? From midday on, a light lunch buffet will be served with fresh bites to keep you energized. And don’t worry there will be plenty of Italian coffee to power you through the excitement!

Getting Glam

3:00 pm

Between 3:00–5:00 PM, we ask everyone to relax indoors while Alex and I share our primo sguardo (first look) and capture photos around the villa. This is your perfect moment to glam up, sip something bubbly, and get ready for the magic to come.

Ceremony

5:30 pm

The ceremony begins at 6:00 PM, but we ask you to arrive by 5:30 PM to settle in and soak up the beauty of the villa gardens. Together, under the Italian sky, we’ll say “Sì, lo voglio”—yes, I do.

Aperitif Hour

6:45 pm

Let the celebration flow with an Italian aperitivo. Snack on savory bites, sip sparkling wine, and share hugs and photos with the new bride and groom. Aperitivo is the Italian way to warm up for a night of festa. So eat, drink, and mingle!

Cena Toscana –Dinner Time

8:00 pm

Take your seat for a three-course Tuscan feast, freshly prepared by our private chef. Every dish celebrates the flavors of the region with organic ingredients and plenty of wine (ovviamente!). Get ready for buon cibo, buon vino e buoni amici—good food, good wine, and good friends.

La Festa! Dance the Night Away

10:00 pm

After dinner, the real party begins! We’ll dance under the Italian stars until 2:00 AM (because Italians know how to party). And remember—non è una festa finché non sei sulla pista da ballo! It’s not a party until YOU are on the dance floor.

Poolside Recovery

11:00 am

After breakfast, treat yourself to some well-earned relaxation. The villa’s secret pools open early, perfect for a quiet dip and a little post-wedding recovery. Then, at 11:00 AM, the main pool opens for everyone to lounge, swim, or sip something refreshing under the Tuscan sun. Whether you float, nap, or gossip about last night’s dance moves, this is your time to unwind

Pranzo – Lunch Time

1:00 pm

Gather together for a comforting gourmet pasta lunch because in Italy, every great day deserves great pasta. Fresh, hand-crafted, and full of Tuscan flavor, it’s the perfect way to refuel before the afternoon excursion. Buon appetito!

Avventura Time!

2:00 pm

Next up adventure awaits! Slip on your walking shoes as we set off to explore the charming towns of Montepulciano and Pienza. For more details, check out the Avventure tab. This excursion is completely optional if you’d prefer to keep lounging by the pool, sip another spritz, or head off on your own Tuscan sightseeing, that’s perfectly fine too. Either way, we’ll all be back together for dinner.

Tuscan Barbecue Feast

8:00 pm

After a full day of exploring, it’s time to mangiare! We’re in for a real treat an authentic Tuscan barbecue prepared by talented chefs. Savor a variety of flavorful dishes, fresh and creative garnishes, and a mouthwatering selection of meats, perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. Pair it all with local wine, and enjoy the perfect end to a perfect day under the Tuscan sky.
