Honestly, we just want everyone to feel cozy and to stay wherever feels right for them. Some guests will be in hotels, some will do airbnbs. Bend is only about 15 mins across town north/south or east/west so you can't go wrong. For reference, we live in Southwest Bend. Skyliner Lodge (the venue for Saturday) is about 26 minutes from our house: 13 mins to town, and another 13 to our house.
If it feels good for you... we love it. Black tie? Let's go. That outfit that felt like "too much" for your cousin's wedding? Hell yes. All we care about is that you join us and have an amazing time. Please keep in mind that the venue is in the woods (literally) so don't be afraid to skip the heels and wear something that works for a mulch-like flooring.
Ceremony is at 4pm sharp. The bar will be open at 3pm for those who want to come a bit early and mingle before taking their seat.

Friday night we have welcome drinks (McMenamins downtown) at 5:30pm for all traveling guests and there's an option Sunday early afternoon for an optional self-guided river float for anyone who'd care to join. Downtown Bend is lovely and there's tons of shopping, river walks, and other events. If you'd like suggestions, just let us know!
