Ceremony

Cocktail Attire
The ceremony and reception will both be held back-to-back at Race & Religious in the Garden District. Please note the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm (gates will open at 4:30). Immediately after the ceremony join us for a Second Line parade! For those not familiar, a Second Line is one of the most popular New Orleans wedding traditions. A Brass band leads the bridal party and guests down the street in celebration. The parade will start at R&R and return to the same location where the space will have been transformed for the reception.
Reception

Keeping in line with another New Orleans tradition, the wedding will be a Cocktail Reception, meaning - while there will be no formally seated dinner - food and drinks will be flowing steadily and plentifully throughout the evening in the form of passed appetizers and meal stations. Additionally, there will be no assigned seating, but we will have plenty of tables and chairs for all!
