This was a couple of nights before the engagement. Lauren had no idea how close her ring was during that trip.

This was Lauren getting surprised by Colton, Fa & Annie as we arrived in Mexico City. Franco's dad had to prompt her to "look closer" into the camera as we took a selfie.

Lauren's family also made the trip, athough Jeff and Danielle were surely missed!!

The night and t-shirt that started it all.

The t-shirt might be a better choice.

We took internships in the West Coast during Duke, with Franco living in Las Vegas and Lauren in Modesto, CA for the summer. We spent every weekend exploring cities in the area.

It might look like Franco cleans up, but most of the time it’s Lauren who picks out his outfit.

You might think this was taken on a cold, fall night in Chicago based on how bundled up Lauren is. This, however, was taken on a warm May night in Myrtle Beach.

After studying really really really hard, we graduated!

Ah yes, the day we moved out of Duke and Franco drove a 15’ UHAUL all the way to Chicago in a day. As you can tell he was full of enthusiasm.

This is us travelling to Ibiza and spending time in the "low key" day clubs.

We love a good photo opp.

Franco gets a kick out of misdirecting Lauren whenever she wants to take a "finger-pointing" picture. (1/8)

It all started with this picture. We were traveling to a glacier in Patagonia and Franco could not resist taking this masterpiece. (2/8)

And there was no stopping him once he realized the possibilities. (3/8)

Cold or warm, mountain or man made, no background is safe. (4/8)

Even Oaxaca, one of our favorite places, couldn’t escape Franco’s amazing framing. (5/8)

Even some of our unsuspecting friends have fallen for Franco’s “faulty finger pointing”. (6/8)

He doesn’t discriminate against other gestures either. (7/8)

But it’s all good because he joins in on the fun too (with actually good finger pointing skills). Don’t forget to tag us in your future #faultyfingerpointing moments! (8/8)

After hearing about Matt Kellman's proposal on this glacier in Patagonia, we knew we had to increase the stakes. After this picture was taken, Franco shotgunned a beer on the glacier. Your move Matt.

We traveled with some of our close friends to Yacht Week in Croatia a few summers ago and made it onto their Instagram story (#lifegoals)

We visited Dubrovnik during a trip to Croatia. We highly recommend drinking lots of water and using a stairmaster as much as possible prior to the trip if you ever find yourself here.

We traveled to 3 different continents to find and try our first Pimm’s Cup, and.....it was ok.

Franco absolutely hates heights. We had to take this picture sitting down, but nice view of Patagonia!

Just a few random pictures of us smiling...

...and smiling...

When Lauren found out Franco couldn't remember the last time he had a real Christmas tree, she insisted they needed to get one. She then made him carry a 7 foot tree about 1.5 miles home.

Lauren promised Franco many Christmas presents that year so it worked out.

They say you have to dress the part, which is what we did when we hosted our families for our first joint Thanksgiving in our apartment.

The result of our joint family Thanksgiving... competitive games and turkey fingers.

For those ever in Mexico City, Teotihuacan is a must. Also, those pyramids are much higher than you might think.

For our first Halloween, Franco took on the responsibility of hand-crafting a couple's costume with one condition: Lauren had to be ET. We received many compliments.

The following year was a bit more challenging, particularly with Lauren trying to get that monkey off her back.

This past year was a bit more festive. Piñatas are supposed to carry candy around, and that’s precisely what Lauren made Franco do.

Its hard to see, but on our most recent New Year's trip, all of Franco's leg hair got bleached thanks to a pool with too much chlorine. He thinks his legs look more toned this way.
