Given the volume of expected guests traveling to Helena, we ask that you RSVP as soon as possible to help us plan the weekend's festivities. There will be a seating chart for the reception dinner, which will be made according to RSVPs. The last day to RSVP is Saturday, September 5th, 2026.

Due to venue capacity and budget considerations, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We hope you understand and can still join us for our special day. Please contact for clarifying questions.

Absolutely, the more the merrier! Again, considering the venue's capacity and the number of guests invited, we encourage those who can to make it a date night! Children 3 and under will not be given their own seat at this time. Please contact for clarifying questions.

Answer

Yes. You may submit song requests when you RSVP to the Reception. Alternatively, please text Chloe Ferrone with song/artist requests by Friday 10/10 (402.705.1234). Your requests will be taken into consideration by the bride and groom. Family-appropriate songs only.

Are the Ceremony and Reception at the same location?Are the Ceremony and Reception at the same location?

Answer

No. The ceremony and the reception will be at different locations about a 15-minute drive from one another. The Nuptial Mass will be at The Cathedral of Saint Helena in Helena, MT. The reception is in East Helena at The Kleffner Ranch (305 MT Highway 518).

Yes. The items on the registry inspire us in the home we hope to build. If you would like to send a gift that is not on the registry, please reach out to Kelsey or Francis for an up-to-date address.

Answer

Yes, but there aren't many (estimated ~5 Uber drivers in Helena). Your best bet for a seamless transportation experience is to rent a car, carpool, or find a horse.
