Feel free to stop by the banquet room on the main floor and have dinner (pizza, pasta, meatballs, salad), a glass of wine or a beer, and relax after your travel. This dinner is for the bridal party, celebrant, immediate family, and grandparents. A separate Welcome Dinner will be hosted simultaneously across the hallway in the same hotel for extended family and guests arriving Friday. Note: Ristorante Bella Roma is located inside the Hilton DoubleTree.

Please arrive early and sit towards the front of the cathedral; ushers will be available to escort you. Formal wedding photos will take place at the cathedral post-ceremony. Those participating will receive a separate email with additional details. The photographer will be available at the reception for additional photos. Note: Kelsey and Francis will receive guests at the Kleffner Ranch during dinner (there will not be a receiving line at the cathedral).

Happy hour and hors d'oeuvres begin at 3:30pm. Dinner begins at 5:30pm, followed by toasts, cake cutting, and dancing. Music stops at 11pm. Outside food and beverages are prohibited.
