For this special occasion, we request cocktail attire. If you'd like to participate in the theme, don't be afraid to embrace your inner 70's child and wear a more groovy ensemble. This isn't a costume party, but more of an opportunity to push the envelope and wear your funkiest colors and boldest pattern. A chance to be the disco queen you've always wanted to be! (Think more "groovy-inspired" rather than a literal costume. For the ladies: think bold hoops, platform shoes, and halter-topped bell-bottomed jumpsuits. And for the dudes: think funky florals, bold accessories, and yellow-tinted sunglasses.) Having worked in a vintage costume shop and owning a fashion degree really make me want to turn everything into a fashion show! But if dressing for the theme isn't your jive, that is completely cool!
