We want everyone to come and celebrate, but will be having an adult only event. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone!
We are kindly requesting that our wedding ceremony be an unplugged ceremony. We understand that everyone wants to take pictures of their own so we will be providing guests 1-2 minutes to take pictures and after that we ask that all cellphones be put away until after the ceremony. Save that energy for the reception!
Formal attire only please. Bring comfy shoes for the reception and afterparty!
Your invitation will have the number of seats reserved for you. Please do not bring any additional guests unless a seat is reserved for that person.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors and air-conditioned.
Upon arrival to the Ranch you can park onsite, there will be signs and staff to direct people where to park. Uber is available for those that do not want to drive. Shuttles will be available to guests from margaritaville to the venue and back at the end of the night (more to come on this).
We are asking that guests begin to arrive between 4:15p-4:50p. Please do not arrive prior to that time as the bride and groom will be taking pictures with family. NOTE: Gates to the property will close promptly at 4:50 and will not longer allow entry into the property please make sure you are ON TIME as there will be no exemptions.
We love all our guests equally and there will be no assigned seating during the ceremony. Please sit anywhere during the ceremony except the first 3 rows. Assigned seating will be provided to guests for the reception.
We have decided to pay for an open bar for all our guests in attendance so drinks are on us the entire night! We will be providing the liquor, food, and entertainment as we request your presence in celebrating our love story.
