For out-of-town guests arriving in Richmond on Friday, join us for a casual dinner and drinks. We will have two food trucks and cocktail-style tables/seating. Feel free to stop by whenever you get into town. The location is a 15 minute walk from the Jefferson and the Graduate, or a short drive, and there is plenty of parking. If you are arriving Friday but have not yet R.S.V.P.'d, please contact Frances, Susan or Mary.

Shuttle to Ceremony

We have arranged shuttles to pick up guests staying at hotels. Please meet in the hotel lobby/out front at the following times: 4:20 pm - Hampton Inn and Suites 4:30 pm - Graduate Hotel (If you are staying at a nearby Air BnB, you can get on a shuttle at the Graduate Hotel) 4:30 pm - Jefferson Hotel
Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Garden/Cocktail Attire: The ceremony and reception will be outdoors and on grass (plan your footwear accordingly!) Coat and tie optional!
The ceremony will take place across the street from the Davenport home (by the river). Cocktail hour, dinner and dancing will follow. It is a short walk across the street and up to the house where the reception will take place. Please see FAQ page for details about parking/transportation.
